Today was an positively beautiful day here during a cabin.  It was balmy all day prolonged and usually 67 degrees when we woke up during 7:30 a.m. this morning.  For dinner, we grilled burgers (beef) and corn on a cob, chips and veggies (broccoli florets and baby carrots) and drop for hubby and daughter’s dinner.  For my dinner, we finished myself a little tasty “Asian Inspired Chicken Burgers” regulating belligerent duck breast and served it on a bed of uninformed sauteed sliced mushrooms, steamed broccoli and cherry tomatoes in progress in olive oil and pomegranate vinegar.  It was an positively tasty dish and everybody was happy!  we snapped a couple of pics of my dish next (it was a prettiest one) as good as a elementary recipe we put together for my Asian Chicken Burgers.  Enjoy!

Asian Inspired Chicken Burgers

1 lb. Perdue Ground Chicken Breast
1-1/2 tablespoons low sodium Tamari sauce
1 or 2 green onions, sliced thinly
3 tablespoons carrots, grated
Freshly belligerent black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Mix all mixture entirely in a middle bowl; form in to 3 or 4 patties.  Brown in a non-stick skillet easily coated with olive oil; in progress until golden and finished in a core (no pinkish remaining) or if we prefer, we can griddle them.  If we confirm to griddle these burgers, be clever since they have been really wet and gaunt and might tumble apart.  They kept together really good in progress them on a stove.

Hi everyone!

Here is a recipe for an Asian Spinach Salad.  These have been good categorical plate salads, generally in a summertime.  You could use up leftover duck or collect up a single of those rotisserie chickens from a deli. The subsequent recipe is for Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies.  Now with summer here and a kids home, we need to ramp up a treats.  I similar to to give my kids lots of fruits and veggies though each once in a whilst mommy needs to bake a little cookies.

8 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon sugarine
3 tablespoon rice old wine
3 tablespoon soy salsa
1 3 oz package noodles, such as Top Ramen; coarsely broken
1/2 crater slivered almonds
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 6 oz baby spinach
1 garland green onion

Whisk 6 tablespoons olive oil, sugar, vinegar, and soy salsa in tiny play to blend. Season to ambience with salt and pepper. Heat superfluous 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet over middle heat. 2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla remove
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soft drink
1 teaspoon salt (omit)
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 crater chopped walnuts
1 crater semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat a oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a vast bowl, thickk cream together a butter, brown sugar, and white sugarine until smooth. Beat in eggs a single during a time, afterwards stir in vanilla. Combine a flour, baking soda, and salt; stir in to a creamed reduction until only blended. Mix in a discerning oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for twelve mins in a preheated oven. Leslie’s notes** The strange recipe called for 1 1/4 crater flour, and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, and salt. Above is how we changed it and it came out perfect!
