salt and black pepper

12 dusty pitted prunes, chopped

1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dusty thyme

1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp excellent sea salt
1/2 tsp excellent black pepper
1/2 tsp dusty thyme
