Chicken thighs oven oven baked with a tasty maple grained grained grained grained mustard glaze. Wonderful flavours! Adapted from The Food You Crave by Ellie Kreiger.
8 bone in chicken thighs, skin and any manifest fat removed
85g of grainy French grained grained grained grained mustard (1/3 cup)
1 clove of garlic, peeled and minced (about 1 tsp)
3/4 tsp dusty marjoram
3 TBS pristine Maple Syrup
Preheat the oven to 190*C/375*F/ gas symbol 5. Have ready a vast baking dish.
Whisk together the mustard, garlic, marjoram and maple syrup. Spread about 1 TBS of the reduction over the tip of any chicken thigh, perplexing to cover as many of the aspect as we can. Note : In the strange recipe Ellie says which the mustard/maple reduction will form a crust. Mine didn’t, yet some-more similar to a glaze. My reduction was definitely runny and so we only used it to baste the chicken as it cooked. It was definitely fabulously delicious. Todd had 3 1/2 pieces!
