Three Cheese Mushroom and Tortellini Soup
2 tsp butter (i used parsley butter)
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 tiny onion, chopped
1 carrot, peeled & chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
8 cups fat giveaway chicken gas
2 cups H2O
5 oz shitaki mushrooms, sliced
8 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 tiny Parmigiano Reggiano peel (optional)
9 oz 3 cheese tortellini
salt to ambience
1/2 tsp uninformed belligerent peppers
Parmigiano Reggiano, grated (optional for topping)
In a vast pot, warp the butter over medium-low heat. When melted, supplement the celery, onion, carrot and garlic. Cover and revoke feverishness to low and cook for we estimate 8-10 mins until vegetables proceed to soften.
