1 1/2 pounds gaunt belligerent beef

Whisk together and flow over meatloaf. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours, basting each fifteen minutes.
Ranch Mashed Potatoes
Cooking Light twelve servings
13 cups cubed red potato (about 4 pounds)
1/2 crater reduced-fat immature cream
1/4 crater chopped immature onions
1/4 crater low-fat buttermilk
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dusty basil
3/4 teaspoon dusty oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon creatively belligerent black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dusty dill
Place potato in a Dutch oven; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook twenty mins or until tender; drain. Place potato in a vast bowl. Add immature thickk cream and superfluous ingredients; crush with a potato masher to preferred consistency.
