Tomorrow we have been carrying Saucy Meatloaf for dinner.  On the side I’m starting to offer Ranch Mashed Potatoes and immature beans.

Saucy Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds gaunt belligerent beef
1 egg
1 crater bread crumbs
1 tiny onion diced
4 oz sweet peppers relish
salt and peppers

Mix all together. Make a fritter and put in to baking plate (not fritter pan).

4 oz Sweet peppers relish
8 oz chopped tomatoes salsa
4 oz H2O
2 tsp grained mustard
3 TBS brownish-red sugarine
2 Tbs old wine

Whisk together and flow over meatloaf. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours, basting each fifteen minutes.

Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Cooking Light twelve servings

13 cups cubed red potato (about 4 pounds)
1/2 crater reduced-fat immature cream
1/4 crater chopped immature onions
1/4 crater low-fat buttermilk
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dusty basil
3/4 teaspoon dusty oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon creatively belligerent black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dusty dill

Place potato in a Dutch oven; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook twenty mins or until tender; drain. Place potato in a vast bowl. Add immature cream and superfluous ingredients; crush with a potato masher to preferred consistency.
