Tomorrow we am starting to make pot stickers.  My kids adore them so we suspicion we would try to do them myself.  They appear easy enough.  For John, who will not eat pot stickers, we am creation Lemon Butter Salmon.  I will offer this all with rice.

Lemon Butter Salmon

Yield: 5 servings.

2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 crater butter, cubed
6 tablespoons lemon extract
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon peppers
1/2 teaspoon prohibited peppers salsa
5 salmon fillets or steaks (6 ounces each)

In a tiny skillet, saute garlic in butter; drive in a lemon juice, salt, peppers and peppers sauce. Transfer 2/3 crater to a portion bowl; set aside. Place salmon in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with superfluous lemon butter. Broil 4-6 in. from a feverishness for 10-15 mins or until fish flakes simply with a fork. Serve with indifferent lemon butter.
