1 6oz skinned duck breast half

3 oz chunk or thick sliced bacon, cut in to 1/4″ pieces
2 Yukon bullion potatoes, peeled, cut in half, afterwards cut in to 1/4″ cubes
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
2 sprigs flatleaf parsley
salt and pepper
Heat a saute vessel over med feverishness and supplement bacon. Cook until bacon only starts to crisp.
