Tomorrow we have been starting to have New England Clam Chowder for cooking with salad and rolls.  I have attempted to have clam chowder countless times though nothing of them have been unequivocally great.  I’m anticipating this one comes by for me.

New England Clam Chowder

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 middle onion, finely diced
2 celery stalks (reserve proposal leaves) trimmed, quartered lengthwise, afterwards sliced in to 1/4-inch pieces

Heat the butter in a vast pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and celery and saute until softened, blending often. Stir in the flour to discharge evenly. Add the stock, extract from 2 cans of chopped clams (reserve clams), cream, brook leaves, and potatoes and stir to combine.
