Healthy: MEATLOAF PIE
Tomorrow you have been carrying Meatloaf Pie for dinner. I’ll offer this with green beans.

1 lb gaunt belligerent beef
1/2 crater uninformed breadcrumb
2 cups chopped tomatoes sauce, widely separated
1/4 crater chopped onion
1/4 crater chopped green pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt, divided
Fresh belligerent black pepper
1 1/3 cups present rice
1 crater water
1 crater grated pointy cheddar cheese, divided
Combine a belligerent beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 crater chopped tomatoes sauce, onions, green pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix kindly though well. Pat in to a 9 in. cake image to form a bombard with a 1-inch fluting around a edge. Combine rice, water, chopped tomatoes sauce, salt and 1/4 crater of a cheese. Fill beef shell. Cover with foil and bake during 350*F for twenty-five minutes. Uncover and shower with a superfluous cheese. Continue to bake for an additional 10 to fifteen minutes, uncovered.
