Here is a recipe for Meatball Stroganoff with Noodles.  The recipe has we have your own noodles though we could simply buy egg noodles and jump over which step.

Meatball Stroganoff with Noodles
Cyndy (MyPB&Jelly)

NOODLES: (I only used egg noodles)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1 egg
6 tablespoons water
1 egg, easily beaten
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 crater quick-cooking oats (I used aged fashioned)
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (I used more)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of worcestershire sauce
1 bruise belligerent beef
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) precipitated thickk thickk thickk cream of fungus soup, undiluted
1 crater (8 ounces) green thickk thickk thickk cream (I didn’t have sufficient and used light)
1 crater milk
1 tablespoon paprika
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon minced parsley
In a vast bowl, brew flour and salt. Make a good in the center. Beat egg yolks, egg and water; flow in to well. Stir together, combining a dough. Turn brew onto a floured surface; stimulate 8-10 times. Divide in to thirds; hurl out any as skinny as possible. Let mount for twenty mins or until to some extent dried. Cut in to 1/4-in. strips, afterwards in to 2-in. pieces; set aside. In an additional vast bowl, brew the egg, ketchup, oats, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture; brew well. Shape in to 1-1/2-in. balls. Place meatballs on a greased shelve in a shoal baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10-15 mins or until no longer pink; drain. In a vast saucepan, brew the soup, green cream, divert and paprika; feverishness through. Add meatballs; cover and cook until exhilarated through, stirring frequently. In an additional saucepan, move H2O and salt to a boil; supplement noodles. Cook for 12-15 mins or until noodles have been tender; drain. Toss with butter and parsley. Serve with meatballs. Yield: 6 servings.
