Tomorrow we have been carrying Meal-in-one-Meatloaf.  The pretension says it’s all, it’s a one pot meal.  I adore that!

1-1/2 pounds belligerent beef
1 crater saltine cracker crumbs
1 middle onion, peeled and diced
1 can (10.75 ounces precipitated chopped tomatoes soup
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon belligerent black peppers
6 middle potatoes (about 1-3/4 pounds), peeled and cut in to 1/8-inch slices
1 can (15.25 ounces) corn kernels, emptied

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. In a vast bowl, mix belligerent beef, cracker crumbs, 1/2 of the onion, 2/3 crater of soup, the egg and half the salt and pepper.
3. Lightly douse a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer the potatoes and superfluous onion, salt and peppers in dual layers. Spoon the corn over the potatoes.
4. Evenly widespread the beef fritter reduction over the corn. Top with the superfluous chopped tomatoes soup. Cover with foil and bake at 375F for 1 hour. Cool somewhat prior to cutting.
