Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and we am starting to be with family and won’t be cooking.  So here is a recipe for Lasagna Sandwiches.  They appear similar to a tiny bit of work to have though would be all value it.  There is additionally a recipe for No Bake Oatmeal Blueberry Cookies which we devise to make.

LASAGNA SANDWICHES

6 underling rolls or bolillo rolls
6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 bruise belligerent beef
1 tiny onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 to 1 crater churned marinara
Salt and peppers to taste
1/2 crater ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 crater Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slice off the tops of the underling rolls. Then dip out the bread from the inside. Stir together butter, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Spread any side of any sliced hurl with butter mixture. Broil until browned and crispy.
3. Cook belligerent beef in a vast skillet over middle tall heat. About median by cooking, supplement onion. Season with salt and peppers to taste. 6. Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over tip of any roll. Top with the bread top. Wrap any sandwich in foil and bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes.

No Bake Oatmeal Blueberry Cookies

3 cups discerning in progress oats
1 1/3 crater flaked coconut
3/4 crater oat bran
3/4 crater dusty blueberries (or raisins)
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 crater divert (I used rice milk, if we haven’t attempted it, we should, it’s AMAZING)
1 hang butter, cut in to pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together initial 5 ingredients. Cook sugar, divert and butter over middle heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a bring to bring to boil and bring to bring to boil for 1 minute. Add the vanilla. Pour over all other mixture and stir until good mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper to cool.
