Truffle oil is one of those mixture that’s a bit precious, though oh male does it ambience good. A couple of drops go a prolonged approach and adds an present brilliance and astringency to any dish.  But if we do not have any on hand, no worries! Grilled Asparagus with Chili, Truffle Oil, and Parmigiano
For 2
1 garland asparagus (thicker stalks work best)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon truffle oil
2 tablespoons finely grated parm
salt and pepper
Chop the woody difficult partial of the asparagus off (the bottom in. or two), and skirt with olive oil, salt, and pepper.  Grill over tall feverishness until noted up, though not all blackened (about 5 mins total).  Immediately drizzle with truffle oil and shower on the chili flakes and park.  Toss together with your hands and serve.
