GREEK CHICKEN WITH RICE

1-1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in to 1-inch pieces
1 tiny onion, chopped
1 middle red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. dusty oregano leaves, crushed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 bag (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves
2-1/4 cups water
1 package Knorr Sides Plus Veggies – Roasted Chicken Rice with Harvest Vegetables
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 crater crumbled marked down fat feta cheese (optional)
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a vast nonstick skillet over medium-high feverishness and prepare duck about 5 minutes, until duck is entirely cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove duck and keep warm.
