Healthy: GREEK CHICKEN WITH RICE
Here is a recipe for Greek Chicken with Rice. This looks similar to a healthy cooking which many of we would enjoy. Plus, it’s a a single pot meal! I adore that.
GREEK CHICKEN WITH RICE

1-1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless duck breasts, cut in to 1-inch pieces
1 tiny onion, chopped
1 middle red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. dusty oregano leaves, crushed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 bag (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves
2-1/4 cups water
1 package Knorr Sides Plus Veggies – Roasted Chicken Rice with Harvest Vegetables
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 crater crumbled marked down fat feta cheese (optional)
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a vast nonstick skillet over medium-high feverishness and prepare duck about 5 minutes, until duck is entirely cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove duck and keep warm.
Add superfluous olive oil to skillet and prepare onion, red peppers and oregano over middle feverishness about 4 minutes, until vegetables have been tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and prepare 1 minute. Add spinach; toss to coat. Cover and prepare about 2 minutes, until spinach is to some extent wilted, stirring occasionally.
Stir in H2O and Knorr Sides Plus Veggies – Roasted Chicken Rice with Harvest Vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce feverishness and prepare lonesome about 10 minutes, until rice is tender. Stir in duck and lemon juice. Sprinkle with cheese.
