Nachos
Inferior nachos shouldn’t exist. Chipotle Pale Ale Chili

Made in a 6 quart dutch oven.
2 lbs pitch or sirloin, cut in to 1 in. cubes
1 lb belligerent sirloin
1 bottle dim ale or IPA
1 twenty-eight oz can total tomatoes 
1 sixteen oz can refried beans
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon belligerent cumin
3 cloves garlic

Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread
Made in a 10-inch expel iron skillet.
1 crater total milk

Smokey & Spicy Cheese Dip
In blending bowl:
8 oz elderly pointy cheddar cheese, grated (net 3 cups)
1 crater Mayonaise
1 tablespoon, adobo salsa from Canned chipotle peppers in made of clay sauce
1/2 Fresh jalapeno, minced
1 tsp belligerent cumin
2 tablespoons immature onion, finely chopped

Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Blondies
Made in a 9x7x2 pyrex baking pan
4 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
2 vast eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 cups packaged brownish-red sugar
1 Tbsp. dim rum (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups  all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 crater semisweet  chocolate chips
Butter & flour a 9X7-inch baking pan, drumming out excess. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
In a station mixer, thickk thickk thickk cream butter and eggs together.  Beat in sugar, rum, and vanilla until blended. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soft splash and supplement a small at a time to the butter reduction on low speed.  Stir in chocolate chips.
