Healthy: Chicken Parmesan 2
Tomorrow you have been carrying Chicken Parmesan for dinner. I am vehement to try this since it doesn’t call for breaded chicken…much healthier. On a side I’m starting to offer a little pasta and a green salad.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped uninformed rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon chopped uninformed thyme leaves
1 teaspoon chopped uninformed Italian parsley leaves
Salt and creatively belligerent black peppers
8 (3-ounces each) duck cutlets
1 1/2 cups marinara salsa
1/2 crater shredded mozzarella
16 teaspoons grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut in to pieces
Preheat a oven to 500 degrees F. Stir a oil and spices in a tiny play to blend. Season with salt and pepper. Brush both sides of a cutlets with a herb oil. Heat a complicated vast oven-proof skillet over tall heat. Add a cutlets and prepare only until brown, about 2 mins per side. Remove a skillet from a heat. Spoon a marinara salsa over and around a cutlets. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mozzarella over any cutlet, afterwards shower 2 teaspoons of Parmesan over each. Sprinkle a butter pieces atop a cutlets. Bake until a cheese melts and a duck is baked through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
