Hi everyone!

Tomorrow we have been carrying Chicken Georgia for dinner.  On the side I’m starting to offer Crispy Edamame.

Chicken Georgia

Paula Deen 4 to 6 servings

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
4 skinless weak chicken breast halves
1 crater sliced uninformed mushrooms
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon peppers
4 ounces grated mozzarella cheese

Melt butter over middle heat. Add mushrooms and shallots and shower with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Add chicken and cook 10 mins on any side, or until tender. Transfer chicken to platter and shower with grated cheese. Top with fungus mixture. Cook and let mount 5 mins or until cheese melts.

Servings: 5

1 (12 ounce) package solidified shelled edamame (green soybeans)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 crater grated Parmesan cheese
salt and peppers to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place the edamame in to a colander and wash underneath cold H2O to thaw. Drain. Spread the edamame beans in to the bottom of a 9×13 in. baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle cheese over the tip and deteriorate with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is crispy and golden, about fifteen minutes.
