Hi everyone!

Tomorrow we have been carrying Broiled Herb Butter Chicken for dinner.  On the side I’m portion Basil & Garlic Tortellini.  My family doesn’t similar to cheese tortellini (shocker) so we similar to to underling sausage or chicken tortellini.  They have all kinds of flavors to select from these days.

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

All Recipes Yields: 4 servings

4 skinless, weak chicken breast halves
1/2 crater butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dusty parsley
1/4 teaspoon dusty rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dusty thyme

1. Preheat oven to Broil/Grill and line appliance vessel with aluminum foil.
2. Place chicken on pan. In a tiny play brew the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and brew together, afterwards uniformly widespread a dollop of reduction on any chicken breast.

McCormick Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.

1 tablespoon oil
1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
3 tablespoons McCormick Basil & Garlic Seasoning Blend
1 package (8 ounces) cheese tortellini, baked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Heat oil in vast skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and Seasoning Blend. Stirring frequently, move to boil. Reduce feverishness to low; cook 5 minutes. Serve over tortellini. Garnish with cheese, if desired.
