Big Smokey Burgers
All Recipes Yields: 6 servings

2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon adobo salsa from canned chipotle peppers
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped

6 (1 ounce) slices pointy Cheddar cheese
6 hamburger buns
