Tomorrow we have been carrying Big Smokey Burgers for dinner. I am formulation to do half with the adobo and half though since my youngest and father do not caring for piquancy though my oldest and we adore it. On the side I’m starting to offer Baked Potato Sticks.
Big Smokey Burgers
All Recipes Yields: 6 servings
2 pounds belligerent beef sirloin
1/2 onion, grated
1 tablespoon griddle seasoning
1 tablespoon glass fume flavoring
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon adobo salsa from canned chipotle peppers
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped
salt and peppers to taste
6 (1 ounce) slices pointy Cheddar cheese
6 hamburger buns
1. Preheat an outside griddle for medium-high heat.
2. Combine belligerent sirloin, onion, griddle seasoning, glass smoke, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, adobo sauce, and chipotle peppers in a vast bowl. Form the reduction in to 6 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place burgers on preheated griddle and cook until no longer pinkish in the center. Place a cut of Cheddar cheese on tip of any burger one notation prior to they have been ready. Place burgers on buns to serve.
Baked Potato Sticks
4 to 6 baking potatoes, Russets
1/2 crater butter, melted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 crater corn splinter crumbs
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
