BEEFY BEAN BURRITO CASSEROLE

6 solidified beef and bean burritos
1 (10.5 ounce) can precipitated cream of chicken
½ cup immature cream
1 (4 ounce) can diced immature chile peppers, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 middle tomato, chopped (optional)
1 avocado – peeled, pitted and sliced (optional)
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, emptied (optional)
½ cup salsa (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the burritos in a row opposite the bottom of a 9×13 in. baking dish. In a middle bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, immature cream and chile peppers. Spread uniformly over the tip of the burritos. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for twenty-five to thirty mins in the preheated oven, until cheese is somewhat browned and burritos have been exhilarated through. Serve with tomato, avocado, olives and salsa.

Banana Cookie Sandwiches with Peanut Butter Filling

Makes dual to 2-1/2 dozen sandwich cookies.

1 cup resolutely packaged brown sugarine
1/2 cup sugarine
1 cup butter or margarine, malleable
1 cup crushed bananas (about 2 medium)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soft drink
1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350. Beat brown sugar, sugar, and butter in vast mixer play until creamy; supplement banana, egg, and vanilla. Beat until good mixed. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in middle bowl; brew well. Add flour reduction to banana mixture; brew until soft mix forms. Drop mix by dull teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake eleven to thirteen mins or until easily browned. Cool on handle racks. Beat peanut butter, butter and powdered sugarine until good mixed. Spread about one tablespoon stuffing on bottoms of half of cookies. Gently press bottoms of superfluous cookies opposite stuffing to form sandwiches.

Tip: Cookies can be frosted. Add one to dual tablespoons milk to peanut butter filling, stirring until smooth. Frost tops of cookies.
