Healthy: Beef Barbecue
Tomorrow we are having Beef Barbecue for dinner. I couldn’t find a picture of this on the McCormick site but it’s very similar to something like Sloppy Joes. I’m going to serve this with corn and some carrot sticks.
McCormick Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup pickle relish
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Minced Onions
2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons Season-All Seasoned Salt
8 hamburger rolls
Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
