Here is a recipe for Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry.

Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

2 tbsp unfeeling oil, divided
½ lb weak tip sirloin steak, thinly sliced
½ c onion, sliced in to strips
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 bag (12 oz) unfeeling stir-fry mix
1 pkg (6 oz) frozen, sliced mushrooms
1 can (8 oz) cut H2O chestnuts
1 red bell pepper, sliced in to strips
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 parcel (1 oz) stir-fry seasoning, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
½ tsp red peppers flakes
In a vast skillet or wok, feverishness 1 tbsp of oil over tall heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add superfluous oil to pan, afterwards supplement onion, garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add churned vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, H2O chestnuts and bell pepper; stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes. Return beef to vessel and stir in oyster sauce, taste additive brew and peppers flakes; stir-fry for 3 some-more minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
Amy’s notes: we used ~.75 lb of steak; 1 tiny onion; 2 tsp belligerent ginger; sixteen oz bag of solidified stir-fry veggies; wanting the solidified mushrooms; immature bell peppers due to cost; ignored dissolving the seasoning, though would def. do it subsequent time; wanting peppers flakes for kids.
