Healthy: 3 Cheese and Bacon Macaroni
Here is a recipe for 3 Cheese and Bacon Macaroni. Yum! I adore homemade mac and cheese and this a single seems easy and delicious! Adding bacon to anything is a good!
3 Cheese and Bacon Macaroni
4 cups dusty macaroni
1/2 lb of bacon, baked and crumbled
1/4 crater (1/2 stick, 4 tablespoons) butter
1/4 crater all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups total milk
2 C pointy cheddar cheese, grated
1 C Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon belligerent black pepper
12 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/2C cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni until al dente and drain. In a vast pot, warp butter and shower in flour. Whisk together over medium-low heat. Cook reduction for 3 minutes, whisking constantly. Don’t let it burn. Pour in divert and drive until smooth. Cook for 5 mins until really thick. Reduce feverishness to low. Add in cheeses and stir to melt. Add salt and peppers and ambience to see if we need to regulate seasonings. Add in bacon and baked macaroni. Spoon in to a stew plate sprayed with in progress spray. Mix cracker crumbs and 1/2 C of cheese together. Sprinkle uniformly onto macaroni. Bake during 350 for thirty mins until to is golden brown.
