unsalted butter to grease

300g uninformed cherries, cleared and pitted (about 2/3 pound)
Whisk the belligerent almonds, flour, salt and sugarine together in a vast bowl. Make a vale in the centre of the mixture. Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks and cream. Pour this reduction in to the vale in the dry mixture. Whisk together until the beat is smooth. Transfer the beat to a jug, cover and concede to rest in the fridge for an hour or so, or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 190*C/375*F/ gas symbol 5. Butter 4 particular oven dishes, or one vast shoal oven dish, unequivocally well. Dust the bottom and sides with topping sugar.
