1 TBS olive oil
2 TBS butter
2 vast red-skinned dessert apples, cored and cut in to wedges
2 middle red onions, peeled and cut in to wedges
50g of walnut pieces, toasted (about 1/2 cup)
1 tsp solidify dusty virtuoso leaves
2 TBS organic Cider vinegar
salt and peppers to taste
