Ingredients:

3 -4 tablespoons  black tea 

1 pinch cardamom (optional)
250ml fresh Milk
 sugar as u like

Directions:

1.Fill large pan 80% with water and bring to rapid boil.

2.add tea . boil two minutes.

3.add  cardamom(optional). boil 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.add sugar. bring to soft boil, adjust heat to medium ( do not allow to boil over)

5.add milk. allow to heat just under boiling. remove from heat. cool two minutes. 

6.pour into cups using tea strainer. serve very hot, Enjoy
