*Chicken Samosa Pie*
Serves 8
Printable Recipe

Your prime Indian break in a cooking pie!  Couldn’t be simpler or tastier!

2 vast potatoes, peeled and diced (2 large)
1 vast carrot, peeled and diced
1 TBS unfeeling oil
2 cups of chopped baked chicken
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp brownish-red or black grained grained mustard seeds
1/2 tsp belligerent tumeric
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 middle onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
1 TBS grated uninformed ginger root
1 crater solidified peas
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBS chopped uninformed coriander leaves
2 TBS uninformed lemon juice

For the pastry:

250g of solid flour (2 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
150g  cold butter, cubed (2/3 cup)
160ml of divert (2/3 cup)

First have the pastry.   Sift the flour in to a bowl.  Whisk in the salt and cumin seed.   Drop in the butter.  Rub it in with a fritter blender or your finger tips until it resembles excellent bread crumbs.   Add the divert and stir with a flare to form a dough.  Divide in dual and figure any in to a turn prosaic disc.   Wrap in cosmetic adhere movie and chill whilst we have been creation the filling.
