*Baked Chocolate Buttermilk Donuts*
Makes 12
Printable Recipe

100g solid flour (1 cup)
190g sugarine (1 cup)
84g cocoa powder (3/4 cup)
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp excellent sea salt
1/4 tsp belligerent cinnamon
a splash creatively grated nutmeg
6 liquid ounces buttermilk  (3/4 cup)
4 liquid ounces cold coffee (1/2 cup)
2 liquid ounces unfeeling oil (1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 vast giveaway operation egg

To glaze:
130g topping sugarine (1 cup) sifted
few drops vanilla extract
3 to 4 TBS buttermilk
