I had in thoughts all week which we was starting to have a Pavlova. Food of the God’s is Pavlova . . . all light and fragile and someway when we have been eating it, we kind of have been misled in to meditative there have been no calories . . . coz it’s kind of similar to eating a cloud, right??? And everybody knows which clouds have no calories!
I routinely tip my Pavlova with peaches or raspberries, though this currently we motionless to do something quite, utterly different. we had a little apples which indispensable regulating and we suspicion to myself . . . how about a Pavlova which has all the elements of an Apple Crumble . . . and afterwards we suspicion to myself, who not go one step offer and have it an Apple and Blackberry Crumble.

*Apple and Blackberry Crumble Pavlova*

For the Meringue:
3 vast giveaway operation egg whites
6 ounces caster sugarine (a meagre cup)
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp white booze vinegar

3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 TBS butter
