Chicken “Oven-Baked” Stir-Fry
Number of Servings: 4
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 crater stir-fry sauce
1 bruise chicken tenders
1 package (14 oz.) solidified stir-fry vegetables
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking vessel with opening towards far-reaching side of pan. ADD stir-fry salsa to oven bag. Squeeze bag to mix in flour. Add chicken and vegetables to bag. Turn bag to cloak mixture with sauce. Arrange mixture uniformly in bag. CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut 6 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan. BAKE thirty to 35 mins or until vegetables have been frail tender. Serve over rice.
