Healthy: Chicken “Oven-Baked” Stir-Fry
Here is a recipe for Chicken “Oven Baked” Stir Fry. I have never used an oven bag but I thought some of you might have some in your cupboard that you want to use. So here is a simple recipe to try. If you don’t have an oven bag, you could easily do this in a pan. It might not be as moist but I think would work about the same.
Chicken “Oven-Baked” Stir-Fry
Number of Servings: 4
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
1 pound chicken tenders
1 package (14 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan with opening towards wide side of pan. ADD stir-fry sauce to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add chicken and vegetables to bag. Turn bag to coat ingredients with sauce. Arrange ingredients evenly in bag. CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan. BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Serve over rice.
