I am a pasta partner extraordinaire!!! Seriously. we child we not. we will eat pasta in usually about any way, figure or form. Cold. Hot. Sauced or not. It doesn’t have a difference to me. I’ve even been great known to pig out on a play of pasta with no ornament other than butter, salt and peppers . . . and it’s been positively glorious.

Today, we not out of the woods a theory currently at what competence have left in to these tasty noodles formed on what we remembered in my conduct and the finish outcome was quite, utterly delicious. Scrummy even and purely, simply . . . satisfying.

*Simple Sesame Noodles*
Serves 4 (recipe can be simply doubled)
Simply scrummy. No some-more need be said.
1/2 bruise (8 ounces weight) of skinny underdone noodles, such as spaghettini, linguine, vermichelli etc.
(You wish a noodle which is utterly floppy if we know what we mean, fluid)
For the sauce:
30ml of dim soy salsa (about 2 TBS)
1 TBS caster sugar
2 fat cloves of garlic, peeled and finely minced
1 TBS white rice booze vinegar
1 1/2 TBS toasted sesame oil
hot chili oil to taste
2 TBS light sunflower oil
Additonally we will need:
2 open onions, sliced thinly on the diagonal
Place all of the salsa mixture in to a glass container with a lid. Affix the lid firmly and give them a shake up up until great amalgamated. Set aside.
Bring a vast pot of easily pickled H2O to the boil. Add the noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, according to the package directions. Drain great once finished and lapse to the pan. Give the salsa in the glass container an additional great shake. Pour over the comfortable noodles, and toss to coat. Add the open onions and toss again.
Serve warm. (These have been additionally glorious served cold as a salad with a little shredded baked chicken or pork, or baked baby shrimps added.)
