1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp rum extract
1/8 tsp lemon extract
4 tsp butter
1 375g package of ready rolled all butter reduced membrane pastry
To glaze:
1 egg yolk knocked about with 1 TBS water
1 TBS granulated sugar
1/4 tsp belligerent cinnamon
