- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 crater soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 crater honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and peppers to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place chicken in a 9×13 in. baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until salsa is caramelized.
