Growing up this seasoning for rice was a single of my a one preferred treats. A renouned brand, Momoya, has a chronicle called “Gohan Desu Yo” (literally, it’s time for dinner). It’s simply nori simmered in a honeyed soy gas which is a thick paste, undiluted for dolloping over a play of white rice.
Making this during home could not be any easier. And, if we have been similar to me, chances have been we have a container of yaki nori in your sideboard which has proposed to remove a crispness. This is a recipe which everybody should have on palm after a night of sushi rolls.
5 sheets yakinori
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons sake

Tear a yakinori in to tiny pieces. In a pot mix a soy sauce, sake, and sugar. Add a nori and concede to rest for a couple of mins so a nori can soak in a sauce. Bring to a simmer. Continue to stir until many of a potion has evaporated. Be clever to keep a feverishness low so which it does not burn. Allow to cold in a vessel and afterwards store in a purify potion jar. This will keep for up to dual weeks.
