Chinese Food : Chicken Noodle Soup
Chinese Food Recipes Ingredients :
- 2-3 oz excellent egg noodle hot pickled water
- 2-3 oz baked white duck meat
- 11/2 oz canned bamboo shoots
- 1 dessertspoon shredded ¡®hot’ Chinese cabbage
- 11/2 pints duck batch or 1 duck bouillon brick and water
- Pinch salt
- Pinch Ve-Tsin
Chinese Food Recipes Instructions :
1. Drop a noodle in to really somewhat pickled hot H2O and leave to prepare for 6-8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cut a duck and bamboo shoos in to strips. Place them ready with a Chinese cabbage.
3. Bring a batch to a boil. Drain a noodle, wash them and empty them again. Add them to a stock, together with a chicken, bamboo shoots and cabbage. Boil up for 2-3minutes.
Season easily with salt and Ve-Tsin, remembering which a stock, noodle and cabbage already have salt in them.
