Egg dump soup is a tack in Chinese grill and takeout menus. Egg is great as it is tall in choline and one of the healthy sources of Vitamin K. Unfortunately, many egg dump soups sole in the marketplace have been tall in sodium. For a healthier take on egg dump soup, try this recipe by Nina Simonds of the Food Network:

1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
2 middle tomatoes, diced
1/2 crater minced scallions
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 crater rice booze or sake
5 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 bruise sleet peas
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch churned with 6 tablespoons water
2 vast eggs, easily knocked about with 2 tablespoons water

1. Heat oil over tall feverishness until hot. Sauté tomatoes and scallions. Add water, salt, soy sauce, and rice wine. Reduce feverishness and supplement sleet peas.
2.Slowly supplement the cornstarch reduction and move the glass to a boil, stirring to forestall lumps from combining until somewhat thickened.
