Basic Fried Rice Recipe

Serves 4 to 6

This is a simple recipe for fried rice which we can supplement to as desired. If adding alternative ingredients, enlarge a series of eggs to 3.

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 2 green onions, as desired
  • 2 vast eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
  • 4 cups cold baked rice
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons light soy salsa or oyster sauce, as desired

Preparation:

Wash and finely clout a green onion. Lightly kick a eggs with a salt and pepper.

Heat a wok or frying vessel and supplement 2 tablespoons oil. When a oil is hot, supplement a eggs. Cook, stirring, until they have been easily scrambled though not as well dry. Remove a eggs and purify out a pan.

Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add a rice. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes, regulating chopsticks or a wooden ladle to mangle it apart. Stir in a soy sauce or oyster sauce as desired.

When a rice is exhilarated through, supplement a scrambled egg behind in to a pan. Mix thoroughly. Stir in a green onion. Serve hot.
