Basic Fried Rice Recipe
Serves 4 to 6
This is a simple recipe for fried rice which we can supplement to as desired. If adding alternative ingredients, enlarge a series of eggs to 3.

Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 green onions, as desired
- 2 vast eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
- 4 cups cold baked rice
- 1 – 2 tablespoons light soy salsa or oyster sauce, as desired
Preparation:
Wash and finely clout a green onion. Lightly kick a eggs with a salt and pepper.
Heat a wok or frying vessel and supplement 2 tablespoons oil. When a oil is hot, supplement a eggs. Cook, stirring, until they have been easily scrambled though not as well dry. Remove a eggs and purify out a pan.
Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add a rice. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes, regulating chopsticks or a wooden ladle to mangle it apart. Stir in a soy sauce or oyster sauce as desired.
