Beef Broccoli recipe
ingredients:
500 grams of meat has in
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp chopped ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
200 grams of broccoli (washed, cut into pieces)
1 ½ dmk olive oil or vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 teaspoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon wheat germ
salt to taste
White pepper to taste
How to make Beef broccoli:
1. Cut meat crosswise in thin fiber.
2. Stir 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoons soy sauce with ginger and garlic to be mixed into the meat. Let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Mix the remaining cornstarch, soy sauce, and honey with 1 cup water (250 ml). Heat oil in a skillet and saute the meat mixture for 1 minute, then set aside.
4. Heat oil in same skillet. Saute broccoli and garlic and onion for 4 minutes.
5. Insert the meat and stir the mixture of water containing soy sauce, salt and white pepper. Simmer until thickened. Sprinkle with flaxseed and wheat germ. Serve.
